Exclusive Projects on juucy

On juucy you have the opportunity to work on exclusive gigs — meaning only one recruiter is assigned instead of the usual three.

This setup gives you a unique advantage: no competition with other recruiters, more direct client visibility, and greater ownership of the hiring process. At the same time, exclusivity comes with higher expectations.

1. Who Gets Exclusive Projects?

Exclusive projects are reserved for Priority Talent Partners.

To qualify, you need to meet our Priority Partner criteria (Read here to find out how to become a priority Talent Partner on juucy). Once you’ve reached that level, you will be regularly provided with exclusive projects.

2. What Exclusivity Means in Practice

  • You’re the only juucy recruiter working on the role.
  • You act as juucy’s direct representative to the client.
  • You carry greater responsibility for driving the search forward.

Keep in mind: exclusivity is performance-based. If results are missing or irrelevant, juucy may revoke exclusivity and open the project to others.

3. How to Keep Your Exclusive Status

To make the most of exclusivity — and keep it — focus on:

1. Speed – Prioritize the role and deliver strong profiles quickly.
2. Substance – Submit high-quality candidates or share structured, data-driven market feedback if results are delayed.
3. Communication – Keep the client engaged and informed via the job chat.

Exclusivity is not only about delivering candidates — it’s about showing clear progress and keeping the client confident in your process.

4. Communicate to succed

Clear and proactive communication is the key to success in exclusive projects. It helps build trust with the client, creates momentum in the hiring process, and ensures everyone is aligned toward the same goal. By keeping clients informed, sharing early insights, and addressing challenges openly, you increase the chances of filling the role quickly and keeping your exclusivity.

  • Introduce yourself in the job chat: let the client know you’re their dedicated recruiter.
  • Set clear expectations: e.g. “In my initial search, I identified 18 strong candidates. Expect first profiles by early next week.”
  • Share insights early: market bottlenecks, candidate feedback, or location/salary challenges.
  • Suggest improvements: propose adjustments to the job title, requirements, or benefits if they help improve results.
Hello [Client Name],
I’m [Your Name] and I am supporting you with filling this role.
In my first search round, I’ve identified approximately [X] potential candidates who match the role requirements.
You can expect to see the first qualified profiles by [Day/Date]. So far, I’ve noticed:
- Market feedback: [e.g. Salary expectations are slightly above the current range].
- Candidate availability: [e.g. Most candidates can start within 4–6 weeks].
- Challenges (if any): [e.g. Very few candidates with both skill X and Y].

To increase chances of success, I’d recommend considering:
- [Adjusting the job title for better reach]
- [Widening the location radius]
- [Revisiting compensation/benefits]
- etc.

I’ll continue sourcing and my goal is to share the first shortlisted candidates by [Day/Date].
In the meantime, if there are any additional insights or preferences you’d like me to include, please let me know.  I look forward to working with you!

The Job Chat is your direct line to the client. Use it not only for introductions but also to clarify open questions quickly and to share important updates throughout the process. Regular, transparent messages show commitment, keep momentum high, and help prevent misunderstandings — all of which strengthen your position as the exclusive recruiter on the project. This level of communication creates momentum and positions you as a true partner to the client.

5. When You Can’t Continue

If you don’t have the capacity to prioritize an exclusive project, or you believe it should be opened to more recruiters, please let juucy know immediately. We will reassign or adjust the project as needed.

6. Key Takeaways
