Do I need a registered business?

Commission fees earned on juucy are considered income from commercial activity. Therefore, you need to be able to invoice us either as a freelancer or through a corporate entity you manage. Please consult your tax advisor about the necessary prerequisites.

Can I use juucy for free?

Yes, juucy is free to use for all talent acquisition partners.

How much can I earn?

The commission for each role is shown upfront on the platform, so you always know your earning potential before you start. Payouts are made monthly via the platform.

Do I have direct contact to the hiring manager?

Yes. You can comment on every candidate you submit and talk to the company's decision-makers directly, and every role has a group chat for questions about the job.

How does the AI quality control work?

Every candidate you submit is assessed by an AI assessment agent against the role's requirements, so companies receive well-matched profiles and you know early where a candidate stands.

Can recruiting agencies join?
