What candidates can I find via juucy?

Our current focus is on specialists in Germany with a focus on tech (software developers, data experts, IT system administrators, system engineers, QA, support engineers, cloud & DevOps, IT security, SAP, etc.), sales (account managers, SDRs, BDRs, sales managers, etc.) and marketing (SEO, SEA, performance marketers, content marketers, etc.).

Our approach is particularly suitable for positions that are difficult to fill. This includes requirements such as special office presence, technologies & experience or a high level of German language skills (min. C1 or C2).

How does the vetting process look like?

Candidates are pre-qualified in 2 steps:

All independent freelance recruiters working for juucy build on a pre-screened and personally briefed network of professionals that they have built up over the years.

2) Additional verification via the juucy platform
We check online references such as social media profiles and code repositories (e.g. GitHub). Finally, parameters such as desired company types, industry preferences, salary and location preferences, motivation, expectations of the new employer and language skills are compared.

Can I collaborate with team members?

Absolutely! You can invite as many team members as you want in order to coordinate your candidate outreach and upload jobs.

Can I sync my ATS with juucy?

Yes! Our platform integrates with all major ATS (Personio, Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Workable, Freshworks, ..). In some cases, we can also upload all applicants directly to your ATS as an extra service without additional costs.

Can you send me my applicants via E-Mail?

Yes! We are willing to seamlessly integrate into your existing recruiting stack. Instead of managing applicants directly on juucy, we can also sync them directly into your ATS or send them to you via E-Mail.
