Why Your Market Feedback Matters

At juucy, we don’t just want recruiters to submit candidates. We want to maximize the chances that every role is successfully filled. One of the most powerful tools we have to achieve this is the Market Feedback.

Why Market Feedback is Important

When you give structured feedback on your outreach, we can turn your experience into data-driven insights for our clients. These insights are used to create Market Reports that help clients:

  1. Adjust requirements
    – Sometimes job descriptions are too narrow (e.g. too strict language level, location limits, or unnecessary must-haves).
    – Feedback helps clients loosen these barriers.
  2. Improve compensation & benefits
    – If the salary range or benefits are below market, feedback highlights this.
    – Clients can then adjust offers to be more competitive.
  3. Increase the probability of successful hires
    – Every insight helps align expectations.
    – Better alignment = faster, higher-quality placements.

This is good for everyone: clients fill roles, candidates get opportunities, you earn commissions, and juucy grows stronger.

How to Submit Market Feedback

Submitting feedback is simple and takes just a few minutes:

  1. Go to your DashboardAssigned Roles.
  2. Click the “Add Feedback” button.
  3. Fill out the short form:
    • Number of candidates contacted
    • Level of interest you observed
    • Common blockers (e.g. salary too low, too few remote days, role too senior/junior)
    • Any suggestions for improving the role’s attractiveness

That’s it — once submitted, juucy admins aggregate your feedback across recruiters and create structured Market Reports for clients.

Best Practices

  • Be honest and specific: Don’t just write “low interest.” Tell us why candidates hesitated.
  • Do it regularly: Make feedback part of your routine, especially when working on roles where progress is slow.
  • Use data where possible: If you contacted 20 candidates and 15 declined due to salary, that’s powerful evidence.

Why This Helps You

Remember: recruitment is always about outcomes. If you can’t deliver candidates yet, delivering feedback is the next best result. It shows you’re actively working, helps clients adjust, and increases the chance that your efforts will lead to a successful placement.

By giving market feedback, you’re not just reporting problems — you’re helping create solutions.

Key takeaway: Make it a habit. If you’re working on a role, submit market feedback regularly. It keeps the process transparent, builds trust with juucy and the client, and raises your own chances of closing deals.
