1. How Juucy Pays Talent Partners

Juucy offers multiple ways to earn—all designed to reward your work at every step:

1.1 Interview Fees

  • Earn €50–€200 for every first interview your candidate has with a company.
  • See payout amounts for each job directly on the juucy Job Overview.

1.2. Hiring Fees

  • Get a base fee for every successful hire—with the amount shown upfront to each job.
  • The commission fee range displayed in the jobs overview already reflects your share after juucy’s cut—net to you.

1.3. Bonuses

  • Speed Bonus:
    Submit the hired candidate within 3 days of a job’s launch and get an extra €200 on top of your hiring fee.
  • Recruiter Referral Bonus:
    Refer a recruiter who joins and gets their first candidate invited to an interview, and you’ll receive a €100 bonus.
  • Company Referral Bonus:
    Earn 10% of all revenue generated by the referred company for a lifetime as a Talent Partner. All earned commissions from this company will be automatically added to your Payouts section.

1.4 Payout Process:

  • Interview fees & bonuses: Paid monthly. Juucy will prompt you to submit your invoice at the end of each month.
  • Placement fees: Choose your payout option:
    1. 100% payout on candidate’s start date.
    2. Split payout: 50% at contract signature, 50% after successful completion of probation period.

1.5 Replacement Policy

  • Split payout: When you choose the split payout option, you receive 50% of your hiring fee as soon as the contract is signed—before the candidate even starts. This gives you earlier access to part of your earnings, but it also means that if your candidate doesn’t complete the probation period, the second half of the fee will not be paid out. This approach helps balance the risk that a candidate may sign a contract but not actually start the job.
  • 100% payout: With Option 1 (100% payout on start date), juucy takes on the full risk for you: If the candidate leaves during probation or a free replacement is required, you keep your entire fee — no clawback, no refund required from you. The responsibility for any necessary replacement is fully handled by juucy. That’s why most talent partners prefer Option 1: you get your full payout with zero replacement risk and complete peace of mind.

As you grow on juucy, you unlock greater access, rewards, and perks. There are three levels of talent partner statuses. Your progress toward each talent partner status (Priority Talent Partner and Juucy Premium Circle) is based on your all-time results on juucy. There are no resets or fixed evaluation cycles. As soon as you meet the requirements (e.g., total submissions, interview ratios, successful hires), you unlock the next level—regardless of when you joined or how long it takes.

2.1. Standard Talent Partner

  • Entry point for every accepted recruiter.
  • Rewards & Benefits:
    • Access to interview fees (€50 – €200 per interview).
    • Base hire reward for every successful placement.
    • Access to Referral Bonuses.
    • Speed Bonus: Earn an extra €200 if your hired candidate is presented within the first 3 days after job launch.
    • Opportunity to climb the loyalty program (scroll down for more) for higher fees in the next quarter.
    • Payout speed for hiring fees: You choose!
      • Option 1: 100% payout on candidate’s start date.
      • Option 2: 50% payout on signature + 50% after successful completion of probation period.

2.2. Priority Talent Partner

  • How to qualify:
    • At least 20 talent submissions
    • Quality Control Ratio < 20%
      This is the percentage of your forwarded candidates who do not pass juucy’s in-built quality control.
      It shows how many of your submitted candidates don’t meet our basic standards.
      A lower ratio means most of your candidates are high quality and pass the review.
    • >20% Interview Invite Ratio
    • At least 1 successful hire

All values are tracked cumulatively—there’s no deadline or cycle. The moment you reach these milestones, you level up.

  • Rewards & Benefits:
    • All Standard Recruiter benefits, plus:
      • First access to newly listed roles.
      • Unlimited role approvals.
      • Access to exclusive roles (work directly 1:1 with companies).
      • Participate in company onboardings and briefings—connect directly with clients.
      • Option for weekly video check-in with juucy admin.
      • Juucy-branded email address.
      • Access to online community meetings.

PREMIUM CIRCLE

2.3. Juucy Premium Circle

  • How to qualify:
    • Achieve Loyalty Level 3 for three consecutive quarters.
  • Rewards & Benefits:
    • Co-working stipend: €500
    • One-time hardware budget: €400
    • Priority access to juucy’s latest products and features.
    • Invitation to exclusive offline events (e.g., workation retreats, Oktoberfest trip in Munich).
    • Sourcing Tools Budget: Up to €1000
    • Default access to every job on juucy.

3. Quarterly Fee Boosts: The Loyalty Program

At juucy, great performance means better economics for recruiters. Our loyalty program rewards consistent results every quarter:

  • Your loyalty level determines your commission split.
  • The commission fee range displayed on the job board already reflects your share after juucy’s cut—net to you.
  • Levels & Commission:
    • Level 0: Start here (juucy 50% / Talent Partner 50%)
    • Level 1: From your 2nd placement per quarter (at least 1 hire): +5%
    • Level 2: From your 3rd placement per quarter (at least 2 hires): +10%
    • Level 3: From your 4th placement per quarter (at least 3 hires): +20%
  • Example Calculation:
    Let’s say the hiring fee for a role is €7,000.
    • If you reach Level 3 (+20%), your payout is:
      €7,000 × 1.2 = €8,400
    So you’d earn €8,400 instead of €7,000 for that placement.

How it works:

  • Automatic review at the end of each quarter.
  • Whatever level you earn is your starting point for the next quarter.
  • Promotion: Hit the next tier and your new split applies to all hires in the following quarter.
  • Tier Protection: Falling short of your current level simply moves you down a single tier, not all the way to the bottom.

Example:
If you finish Q1 at Loyalty Level 3, but only manage one hire in Q2, you’ll start Q3 at Level 2.

Independent Contractor Relationship

By joining juucy as a Talent Partner, you acknowledge and agree that you are acting as an independent contractor, business owner, or representative of an independent recruiting agency. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions, nor your participation on the juucy platform, shall be construed as creating an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and juucy, or between you and any client company. You are not entitled to employee benefits, paid leave, or other employment protections.

As a Talent Partner, you are free to accept assignments from multiple clients, set your own working hours, use your own tools and resources, and determine your own methods for fulfilling assignments, subject only to general quality standards applicable to all users of the juucy platform. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations, social security contributions, and compliance with all applicable laws governing self-employment or business activity in your jurisdiction.

Juucy acts solely as a marketplace and intermediary to connect independent recruiters with client companies. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your activities do not constitute dependent employment (“Scheinselbstständigkeit”) under applicable German or European law.
