  • Our tech stack was quite special with Java, Node.JS, Angular.JS, AWS and TypeScript as core technologies
  • Minimum B2 German was required as the candidate had to work and communicate with clients on a day to day basis
  • We needed someone with prior leadership experience and could not afford much training and a long onboarding
