What happens if a candidate was already submitted?

Duplicate submissions can happen when multiple recruiters approach or upload the same candidate. To ensure fairness and transparency, juucy follows clear rules to determine ownership and bonus entitlement.

Candidate Ownership

  • When you upload a candidate via your juucy profile, the system automatically assigns the candidate to you.
  • Candidate ownership generally lasts for 6 months after submission.

Duplicate Submission Rules

Same Vacancy

If two recruiters propose the same candidate for the same vacancy:

  • The recruiter who first uploaded the candidate to the Juucy ATS is entitled to the bonus if the placement is successful.

Different Vacancies

If a candidate has already been uploaded by one recruiter but another recruiter proactively recommends them for a different role:

  • Ownership of the first recruiter does not carry over.
  • The recruiter who actively engages the candidate for the new vacancy is entitled to the placement bonus.

Conflicts

If it cannot be clearly determined which recruiter is entitled to the bonus:

  • Juucy reserves the right to split the bonus between recruiters at its discretion.

Key Takeaway

  • First submission wins for the same role.
  • Proactive engagement wins for new roles.

This system ensures fairness and rewards recruiters for speed, initiative, and active engagement with candidates.
